ATTENTION CELL PHONE USERS: When at the Woods serving meals please leave your cell phone in your car. Pilgrims and team are asked to put away thier phones and watches for the weekend and it is very distracting for them when they see you with your phone attached to your hip or even worse, to see you talking on it. So...please respect the Pilgrims and team by keeping your cell phone and watch out of site.

How to support the walks:
* A list of dates can be found on the Upcoming events page.
* Come out and serve at meals, attend candlelight, and pray for the pilgrims & team.
*When you are at the woods to serve the pilgrims, food eaten by servers should not be taken into the pilgrims' dining area.
*Do not enter pilgrim cabins. If you need to get something to a pilgrim find a Cha and they will take care of it. We ask that no one other then the pilgrims/team members go into cabins during the entire weekend.
*Be considerate of all pilgrims. Individual gifts should be given after closing so that no one will feel left out.
*Supply agape food and gifts for all.
*Be in prayer for the walks.
*Pilgrims & team only are allowed in the conference room during the walk.
*Turn your cell phones off while serving at meal times (and put them out of sight). Better yet LEAVE YOUR CELL PHONE IN YOUR CAR *Do not take any pictures at the woods.
* At candlelight please move quickly and quietly away from the sancutary area to keep form being a distraction to the pilgrims.
*Don’t loiter outside the sanctuary during sponsors’ hour at send off.
*Come early to work in the kitchen for any meal
*Stay after the meal to help clean up and set up for the next meal (Especially on Saturday so the kitchen can get to Candlelight)
*Sign up for the 72 hour prayer vigil
*Write letters to the candidates
*We have child care available for gatherings, send off and closing.
