Guidelines for Agape on the Walks |
2. Pray for your pilgrim, all the pilgrims, and the team daily. Sign up on the prayer vigil.
3. Bring agape food for the walk to send off or to the woods by noon Friday.
4. Bring agape gifts to send off or to the woods by noon Friday.
A. If you bring 68 gifts, everyone can be included.
B. If you bring 48 gifts, they will be placed on the tables in the conference room.
C. If you bring 32 gifts, they will be placed in the pilgrims' cabin on their bed.
5. Remember if you are sponsoring a pilgrim, please prayerfully consider supplying agape gifts and food.
6. Because of limited space, transportation problems, and some pilgrims being left out, please do not send large gifts to the woods. That would be gifts that will not fit into the pilgrim's rainbow bag. Larger gifts would be best given to the pilgrim when you take them home after closing.
7. Please make every effort to attend send off, candlelight, and closing.
8. Please make every effort to assist at the woods at mealtimes by cooking, serving, and with clean up, etc.
We are all so proud of our pilgrims and can continue to show them our love in the agape letter we write them, in upholding them in prayer, bringing them to gatherings, and helping them to find a reunion group.
